We sincerely apologize if parts arrived to your doorstep damaged in any way and will work with you to get this resolved. If parts are available, we can have those shipped out to you at no cost. Before ordering replacements, please do a full inventory and ensure that no other pieces are damaged and that you have everything you need to complete assembly. While we are happy to help, a single shipment will cut down on the time needed to finish assembling your unit.
Post-Covid supply chain issues continue to be a difficult hurdle, and unfortunately there are times when parts are not available. Should this be true of your situation, we will advise you to return your item to the retailer for an exchange or refund. We understand that this is frustrating and please know our team is working behind the scenes to ensure that this happens as little as possible. If your circumstances are such that make a return impossible, please let us know and we will try to find a different resolution.
Please do not attempt to build the unit with the damaged piece. It may affect the stability and longevity of the furniture.
